About Patricia Quandel

Patricia Quandel

Originally from Oklahoma, I grew up in southern Arizona. After spending a few years in Orange, California and Kailua, Hawaii, I moved to Twentynine Palms, California in 1980 and have lived there ever since. I’ve been taking pictures for as long as I can remember and in 2009 I retired from my full time job and began spending more time looking through the lens of my camera. I mainly take nature and wildlife photographs; spending most of my spare time taking pictures in the Morongo Basin, Joshua Tree National Park, and other areas in Southern California as well as Arizona and Nevada.
